Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how All Digital Tax (“ADT,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit alldigitaltax.com, contact us, submit a website form, or receive services from us. It should be read with any engagement terms that apply to your services.

Information we collect

Information you provide may include your name, email address, phone number, company and business details, the service you are asking about, and information entered in an intake form or message. Depending on the form or service, this may include filing status, income range, business and accounting details, digital-asset activity, and a description of your tax or bookkeeping needs. If you become a client, we may receive tax, financial, accounting, and digital-asset records needed to provide the services described in your engagement.

MailerLite receives information submitted through website intake forms and free guide signup forms. This may include contact details and the responses you provide about your business, filing status, income range, goals, digital-asset activity, and service needs. MailerLite organizes this information in subscriber lists and sends notifications to ADT based on those lists. When you request a free guide, MailerLite may also send the guide and a related five-email series over 14 days, which may include information about ADT services. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time using the unsubscribe option in the email.

Please provide sensitive client records through Encyro, our client portal for intake and document delivery. Do not send Social Security numbers, tax returns, account exports, passwords, wallet seed phrases, or private keys through the general contact form or ordinary email.

When you visit the website, we and our website, analytics, or advertising providers may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring page, and interactions with the site. Cookies or similar technologies may be used for site functions, analytics, and advertising conversion measurement.

How we use information

We use information to respond to questions and service requests; review whether a service may fit your needs; provide and administer tax, bookkeeping, and related services; communicate with you; process invoices and payments; maintain business, tax, and professional records; protect the website and our systems; comply with legal obligations; and understand and improve website performance.

Google Analytics helps us measure website activity. Google Ads is configured for conversion measurement only. Conversion measurement may use cookies or ad-click identifiers and send conversion-event information to Google so we can measure whether an advertisement led to an action, such as a signup or inquiry. ADT does not use Google Ads for remarketing or audience targeting.

How we share information

We may provide information to service providers that help us operate the website and forms, communicate with you, exchange documents, perform tax or bookkeeping work, process invoices and payments, or maintain records. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Our service providers include Fluent Forms (website forms), MailerLite (intake and guide signup lists and notifications), email providers, Encyro (secure document exchange and e-signatures), Stripe and QuickBooks Online (payments, invoicing, and accounting), and TaxAct (tax preparation). Google Analytics and Google Ads receive information for website analytics and conversion measurement; Site Kit connects the website with Google tools.

ChainLedger is used only for clients receiving crypto reconciliation or bookkeeping services. Koinly information, if used, is supplied through the client; ADT does not send client information to Koinly. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer.

ADT does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for targeted advertising. Google Ads conversion measurement is used to measure ad outcomes and is not used by ADT for remarketing or audience targeting.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies may support website operation and help us understand site use and measure advertising conversions. Google Analytics measures website activity. Google Ads conversion measurement may use cookies or ad-click identifiers. Site Kit connects the website with Google tools. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect website functions. The website’s current cookie consent and tag settings may affect how these technologies operate.

How we protect and retain information

We use safeguards designed to protect information we handle. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain information as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and professional records, resolve disputes, protect our systems, and meet legal obligations. ADT does not currently have a written retention schedule. Information in MailerLite lists, including website intake and guide signup information, has not been routinely deleted or archived. Retention periods may depend on the type of information and the reason we hold it.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to correct or provide access to information you have given us, or to delete it where applicable law permits. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting, professional, or engagement-related reasons. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
